Originally constructed with beautiful teakwood, this vessel was put into service in Burma near the end of the 20th century.
It is a traditional “junk” boat, 26 meters long and 6 meters wide, built completely of teak. It was originally constructed to haul cargo along the sea and the rivers of Myanmar when a local entrepreneur saw the boat’s potential as a pleasure craft and converted it into a luxurious tourist boat.
This boat has a main cabin that can be used as either a lounge or a double cabin with an ensuite bathroom. It also has 3 double cabins with private bathrooms and can accommodate up to 45 passengers. A shower is available outside, at the rear, and there is an additional bathroom for the crew. They all have hot water.
Presently, the boat is based in Bangrak Bay, Koh Samui, in the north of the island and sails inside the Gulf of Thailand. Generally, it travels around Koh Samui, to places such as Angthong Marine Park, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao.
