Phang Nga Speedboat Tour

Yacht Charter and Boat Rental in Phuket

Adventure Provided by: Jocelyn G. · Charter Operator

What to expect

The bay of Phang Nga extends over more than 400 km2 in the Andaman Sea, in the crossing of the provinces of Phuket, Phang Nga and Krabi. Classified in the World Heritage of Humanity, its natural and wild beauty pays an inescapable visit in the Kingdom of Siam for your private Phang Nga speedboat tours.

The arrival by boat in the bay of Phang Nga shows the quintessence of an exceptional landscape dedicated to nature and the biodiversity. Posted like pieces of a giant chessboard on an ocean of chlorophyll, the islands with the dream beaches and the rock peaks covered with the vegetation rise majestically above the waves.

Sculpted by time, the protective cliffs rise on both sides of the bay as a great wall to the endless perspectives. The effects of light and shade reveal the geological interests, the mysterious caves decorated with several ancient rock paintings and the gardens with their eccentric locations including a myriad of unrecognised trees.

Complementing this magnificent landscape, a dense forest of mangrove and seagrass runs along the coast. It draws labyrinths of shallow channels hidden all or part of a forest of tropical shrubs, stunning ferns and palm trees named “nipa” waving in the whims of the wind. Source of life, the mangrove is a part of our ecosystem, enabling the intelligent development of the land to the sea and a respectful observation of many species of shellfish, fish and birds.

Among the many islands of Phang Nga Bay, “Koh Tapu” is world famous for the scenes of the both movies of James Bond, “The Man with the Golden Gun” (1974) and “Tomorrow Never Dies” (1997).
