Good to know

  • Enjoy the coolest Marina in the Med!
  • Check out the beautiful scenery around Cap d'Antibes
  • Learn about the region and its history
Cap d'Antibes is truly one of the best destinations on the French Riviera. The peninsula dividing the town of Antibes from Juan-les-Pins really offers plenty to see and do, and there's no better way to discover it than sailing! Cap d'Antibes has a great yachting community with a lively marina, and a private charter is a great way to get a comfortable place to stay to escape the traffic and the hefty price tags of luxury hotels. A day charter from Cap d'Antibes is the best way to explore the surrounding region and its beautiful nature that inspired so many artists throughout history - first and foremost the great Picasso, who spent six months living in nearby Château Grimaldi, now home to the Picasso Museum. On a day charter you can also reach hidden coves without no-one else in sight, or have a meal surrounded by the deep blue! Chartering a boat from Cap d'Antibes is definitely the classiest and most hassle-free way to get around -  to Juan-les-Pins for nightlife, to Nice for the market at Cours Saleya or to Monte-Carlo for luxury shopping or the casino.  Other points of interest near Cap d'Antibes include the Picasso trail, a walk around the peninsula with info about the artist and copies of his landscape paintings from the area, the Naval and Napoleonic Museum and the quirky Safranier free commune with its interesting festivals - spaghetti eating contest, anyone? How about exploring Cap d'Antibes and surrounds? Keep reading to find out more!
